Planned Service Maintenance: Data Center Migration – July 16-20, 2026

In accordance with Article 6.4 of the Avatar SaaS Subscriber Agreement, we would like to inform you of a planned maintenance event that will affect access to our SaaS and hosted services for All Products.

Maintenance Window

  • Start: Thursday, July 16 at 6:00 AM
  • End: Sunday, July 19 at 11:59 PMDuring this maintenance window, all hosted customer resources, software and services will be unavailable while we complete the migration of our infrastructure to the DataBank high availability data center facility.Although we anticipate the migration will be completed well before the end of the maintenance window, we have scheduled this extended window out of an abundance of caution to allow sufficient time to complete the move, perform thorough testing, and ensure all systems are operating correctly before services are restored.Why We're Making This MoveThis migration is part of our ongoing investment in improving the reliability, security, and resiliency of our hosting environment. By relocating our infrastructure to the DataBank data center, we will benefit from:
